Vision and Mission

We the Sisters of the Holy Cross with our co-workers commit ourselves to the provision of quality basic and specialized nursing care, respecting, protecting and promoting life from its inception to death. We will uphold the dignity of every person and stand in solidarity with the disadvantaged especially women and children. We do this through the following objectives:

- To provide the quality of life for frail to extremely frail adults


- To improve quality of life for terminally ill HIV patients
through provision of basic nursing care, identification and management of opportunistic infections, immune reconstitution syndrome and complications of ARVs


- To provide a supportive holistic comprehensive home based care within the principles of Primary health care to the sick in the comfort of their homes, ensuring continuum health care at home or community
 

- To promote quality of life for all HIV/AIDS clients
through provision of comprehensive HIV Care and HAART


- To provide foundational teaching and learning phase, good nutrition and safe environment for all children under our care


- Ensure quality training, formation and professional development
for all categories of our co-workers through specific programs and in-service training

- Ensuring accountability in the Management of finances and assets of the organization

- Operating within the principles of good governance
